Faith of the Future.

Post crisis, demand is up for trust, values and all religions are becoming more popular. Ray Andrews, former pastor, missionary, psychologist brings a fresh approach through self-understanding and removing a legalistic view of faith. Creator of a temperament test and the unique self cycle, he reveals the person created by born temperament and past messages or the „baggage of our lives“. Andrews’s work began after research illustrated that when trouble hit, both religious and non religious people behaved identically: „Some coping mechanisms could get one arrested, others promoted to the ministry, but both are same in God’s eyes.“ Here, judgment and legalism is replaced by grace-forgiveness, looking forward knowledgeably, unhindered by the past mistakes, though living with the consequences. Pragmatic in his Christian faith, Andrews brings a fresh compassionate perspective. Leaders post crisis may well heed both Andrews and Benjamin Akande (Webster University) who stated: „Lead yourself first and then you can lead others.“ Leading yourself may be easier with a solid faith as a foundation.
